Situato a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale (8 min dal Duomo, Terme Achillee, Università, Teatro Bellini), Monastero dei Benedettini e Castello Ursino (7 min), Mercato del Pesce e Teatro Greco-Romano (6 min). Non sono necessarie auto o mezzi pubblici per raggiungere tutte le bellezze artistiche e storiche di Catania perché si trovano a pochi passi dall'appartamento.   We are happy to sell our business of B&b started from 2-3 years with good reviews on all portals (booking, airbnb...). Situated just a few minutes walk from the main square (8 min from Cathedral, Achillee Thermal Baths, University, Bellini Theater), Benedettini's Monastery and Ursino Castle (7 min), Fish market and the Greek-Roman theater (6 min). You don't need cars or public transport to reach all the artistic and historical beauties of Catania because they are just a short walk from the apartment.
